Painting or staining the exterior of your home is a huge job and you want it done right.  The prepping must be done correctly by someone who understands the condition of the existing paint and can adjust accordingly.  At UpKeep we are very careful to prepare the surface of the siding to allow the new layers of paint to adhere and last for as long as possible.   This may include scraping, sanding, powerwashing, caulking and spot-priming as needed.  We carefully protect surrounding areas where we are working, and clean up the area each day.  We use only high quality Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paints and do all painting by hand (brush and roller as needed).  If you have a smaller job, like a facelift on a small shed or fence, we can do that too.
